Role Description
We are seeking a customer service focused individual to add to our growing sales department. The ideal candidate will focus on customer satisfaction and be passionate about sales and customer service and eager to learn more about led auto lamps, including warning lamps, trailer lights, driving lights etc.!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Communicate with customers and prospects by phone and email to provide information about products
· Enter orders while working closely with sales representatives to ensure correct product and pricing is provided to customers
· Resolve customers and other departments questions regarding orders to the best extent possible
· Ability to manage/multi-task a high volume or calls and emails
· Communicate with various departments to ensure the order will ship in full when needed
· Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Experience and Skills
· 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
· Food industry experience a plus
· Intermediate math skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite
